Everyone should have access to free menopause support

We launched Henpicked in 2013, one of the UK’s largest websites for women who weren’t born yesterday.

It gives people a place to have their say, sparking discussion, promoting healthy debate and, we hope, bringing about positive change through inspirational life stories, tips and advice for happiness, health and wealth, plus competitions and offers and recommended products and services.

Menopause became a huge topic of conversation in the Henpicked community, so we created a space to support individuals.

The Henpicked Menopause Hub is always free, with no advertising, paywall or bias.

Thousands of monthly visitors enjoy bi-weekly lunch and learns on topics from healthy hair during menopause to progesterone intolerance. Plus regular podcasts, expert articles, monthly lunch and learns, tools and more.
